Qi Gong
Qi Gong translates as “Exercising the Qi”, and is a form of traditional Chinese meditation.  I have studied several styles of Qi Gong and I am certified to teach Soaring Crane.  Soaring Crane Qi Gong is a popular system in China, ranked in the top three forms, and has a reputation as a strong therapeutic or medical Qi Gong.  This style incorporates sitting, standing, moving and stationary forms.  It is reputed to assist the body in achieving overall health as well as the ability to decrease stress levels and blood pressure.
