Health Insurance
Mountain Sports Acupuncture accepts most health insurance plans, please contact me to confirm that I accept your plan.
Auto Accident Claims
Also referred to as personal injury protection (PIP). In the state of Oregon you are entitled to $15,000 for healthcare usage. You are entitled to see whom you wish, including an acupuncturist, without approval from your insurance company or M.D., contact me for more information.
